Job Description
Asarfi Hospital Limited in Dhanbad is hiring a Medical Typist to manage and type medical documentation. This role focuses on accurate and efficient typing of discharge summaries for IPD patients, investigation reports, and feeding of investigation data into the Hospital Information System (HIS).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and type discharge summaries for patients in the IPD (Inpatient Department).
- Accurately input investigation data into the HIS system.
- Comply with service quality processes, patient safety policies, and environmental and occupational standards in the respective work area.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Medical Transcriptions (preferred) or a Graduate in any stream.
- Certification: Must have an ADCA/DCA (Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications / Diploma in Computer Applications) certification.
- Experience: Preferably 1 year in a medical setting or similar function.
